Three Balinese inspired luxury Waterfall Villas are raised high into the Baru Tropical Rainforest Canopy. The Waterfall Villas form a secluded village that accomodates up to 16 persons comfortably with 4 - 6 persons per villa. Each villa has 2 separate Suites that can be rented for 2 persons. Villas are unique, exclusive, and ultimate romantic - Come experience Bali Style!

Waterfall Villas are a balance of the elements using authentic Feng Shui architecture design. The Villas are designed to emphasize the natural beauty of the waterfalls through many windows, spectacular lighting, and open air areas that contain Qi energy. Qi is directed from an energy vortex just east of the villas protected by 150 year old ancient trees.

Villas inside the rooms are smoke free. Guests are welcome to smoke on the balconies.

Each Waterfall Villa has two bedrooms/Suites and two Zen style baths. High beamed ceilings of 15ft in cedar wood, with custom bamboo molding achieve that tropical flair you are searching for.

The Villas are designed to keep you cool in the summer with  traditional Balinese Wantilan windowed ventilation cupolas,  ceiling fans, ionic air cooling, and air conditioning.

The baths are contemporary Balinese design using ceramic tile, marble, volcanic rock, stone, stain glass, and mosaic art. The Lotus Spa Villa has the ultimate private spa gardens. The spa gardens are decorated with local orchids and bromeliads that you can enjoy while you bathe or indulge in one of our Javanese massage and organic skin treatments.

Connected with the waterfalls and immersed in the rainforest your aura is instantly transformed. The waterfalls tell a story of millions of years of evolution that express a flavor of the primordial origins of Costa Rica and of life itself. Many fossils and sacred stones have been found on the property reminding us of the cycle of life on this planet.

Surrounded by canopy, you’ll feel like you are in a tree house, across the waterfalls you will see a rock gorge covered with exotic orchids, begonia, and bromeliad, where giant florescent blue Morpho butterflies, painted dragonflies, and rainbow hummingbirds soar through the canopy as they frequent these Suite spots.

Sustaining artistry for the planet, each piece of furniture and decor has been lovingly created for Cascadas Farallas by local artists in Costa Rica, and family artists from the artist villages of Bali.

Fateh Kaur Bolivar has provided some of her best work in Chinese brush painting and caligraphy featuring the nauture of Costa Rica. You can also see/buy her work at various Galleries in San Jose, Costa Rica, and local Galleries in Dominical, and Manuel Antonio.

Generously landscaped, the environment around the suites is always close to the waterfalls and accessible by beautiful walkways adorned with traditional Balinese lanterns leading you through gardens of exotic flowering tropical plants, and many indigenous flora including the fabulous purple day orchids of Costa Rica.

As you enter the resort you follow a path towards the top of the falls to the Dragonfly Canopy Villa housing an open-air Garden Pavilion with a Zen style Koi pond and stone garden. Organic healthy breakfast is served from 8:00am to 10am including fresh roasted coffee from our own mountain grown organic coffee plantation. Teas with treats are served here at 4pm. Your breakfast and teatime is included.

Decorated with Rama and Sita and a traditional Balinese door our library and chill out tropical den is just a few steps from the Garden Pavilion. We have provided books on the large variety of birds and other wildlife in Costa Rica, and guidebooks full of information for the adventurous traveler.

Each of the Suites is unique and emanates a special waterfall energy. All have large terraces for private outdoor sitting in the canopy amongst the trees to enjoy the rainforest environment and catch glimpses of rare wildlife.

The Waterfall Villas is a private enclave with great access where you can detox from the world out there… yet only just a few minutes away from Dominical, the night life of town, and the fabulous Costa Ballena´s (Whale Coast), the National Parks, and the palm tree lined gorgeous beaches. Minutes to Uvita and Ojochal. We are a convenient access and must stop gateway to the Corcovado National Park!
